Saima Shah’s sessions, readings, courses, website information and all other teachings and services provide a certain perspective on mental health, spirituality and therapy. They are not intended to take the place of a medical diagnosis, doctors’ consultation, treatment by the medical profession, legal advice, financial advice, pastoral or any other type of advice provided by a professional adviser.
Intense heart to heart connection i.e., at the level of the subconscious mind, beyond our everyday awareness, be it through technology or in person can have a profound effect on us and can lead to changes in perspective, new neural networks and brain cells because of neuro plasticity. Your body may need extra rest to digest and assimilate the new information. The phenomena of entrainment, whereby one person’s nervous system has an impact on another person has also been examined and researched by researchers at Dalhousie University. Some people are more sensitive to such techniques than others. This website provides a safe space for the inner experience, however we cannot guarantee the results from using the methods spoken about here.
By receiving any service, product or information from Saima Shah, whether free or paid, you acknowledge the above information, receive it at your own risk and agree you will:
- Operate from your own free will at all times
- Continue to follow the advice of your doctor and health professionals.
- Take responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, including changes that occur because of any service or course.
- Retain only what feels correct for you and leave the rest behind.
- Speak up, interrupt, pause or stop using mmediately if you feel uncomfortable.
- Consult with licensed professionals for your specific problems as appropriate.
- Familiarize yourself with Saima Shah’s training and advice for self-healing
- Release Saima Shah, Holistic Happiness Academy, Vital Point Healing, Red Tree Tarot from all legal liability during and after receiving services, products or information from them.
Recordings of sessions may be offered as a complimentary add-on to your service. They are of a private and confidential nature. You have permission to retain one copy of each session for personal use and to listen to as many times as you wish. You do not have permission to publish it, duplicate it, edit it, share it, provide copies to others or allow others to listen to it. To do so would be a breach of privacy and trust. These conditions also apply if you record your session; whether you obtain her permission or not.
