Saima Shah is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (ACCT) and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with deep compassion and insight. As a person-centred and multi-cultural practitioner, she meets clients where they are—holding a safe, supportive space to uncover underlying triggers, process deep-seated emotions, and tailor treatment plans to each individual’s unique journey.
Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience, Saima integrates a diverse array of advanced psychological and somatic modalities. Her specialized training spans Gestalt therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, alongside comprehensive hypnotherapy techniques including Regression, Conversational, Ericksonian, and Parts Therapy. To support whole-person healing, integrating Soul with Psychology, she frequently incorporates Holistic tools such as Imagery, Rituals, Energy healing, Mindfulness Meditation and Breathing Exercises.
In addition to her clinical work, Saima has spent the last 15 years facilitating impactful group workshops for specific groups of people. She also brings a robust professional background as a Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Candidate with an MBA.
